Kelly has found success within real estate by utilizing three unique strategies: Seller Financing, Land Lease, and Buying Foreclosures.
🌟 Seller Financing
Seller Financing is a unique strategy where the buyer of a property makes payments directly to the seller, rather than obtaining financing from a bank. By working directly with the seller, Kelly was able to create a flexible payment plan that worked for both parties. This strategy has allowed Kelly to secure properties that would have been out of reach otherwise.
🌟 Land Lease
Another strategy that Kelly has used is Land Lease. This is where the buyer leases the land from the seller and builds on it, creating a source of passive income. Kelly has used this strategy to purchase land in high-demand areas where the cost of buying land was too high. By leasing the land, Kelly was able to reduce her upfront costs and create a stable source of rental income.
🌟 Buying Foreclosures
Finally, Kelly has also had success buying Foreclosures. This strategy involves purchasing properties that have been foreclosed on by the bank and then renovating and reselling them. By buying these properties at a discount, Kelly has been able to invest in high-quality properties at a much lower cost. This strategy requires a bit more work, but it can lead to significant profits in the long run.
