Well, it had to happen at some point! After spending about 6 weeks touring around Florida, I decided it was time to return to NY! So, last weekend, I planned a BIG surprise for my husband that went totally awry! (For more on that story, head to my IG here!)

It's so important to make sure to have the right people around you! I was fortunate to meet with over 20 Lady Landlords during my trip in 4 different cities! I got to help one set up an AirBNB in Miami! Then, I checked out new markets with my NY Home Inspector that has his own rentals in Florida. I even got to spend some time with my Realtor from NY as he was also in the area for business!
