The Secret to Real Estate Investing

After I closed my first property, I knew that I could do it again.

But there was just one problem…

I was stuck.

Every time I scrolled through my Instagram, I saw people closing deals and bringing in cash like it was nothing.

And because I wasn’t doing that…

I believed they had some “secret” that I didn’t. ​ So in search of this “secret,” I consumed books, podcasts, and everything I could get my hands on.

And guess what? I didn’t get anywhere.

I was paralyzed with too much information.

And maybe you feel the same way.

Well, now after closing 13 doors…

I’m here to tell you that the “secret” is that there is no secret.

Everyone can do it.

It doesn’t matter if you have a W2 or a high-paying W2…

It doesn’t matter if you come from a family that has properties…

Or if you’re the first property owner in your family.

To be successful all you really need is two things:

1. Know the different strategies

2. Know the different financial options

It really is that simple.

You can think of real estate investing like a Rubik's cube.

There are a lot of mathematical equations to solve it.

All you have to do is figure out the code. ​ And once you know that code, you can solve the cube blindfolded.

The same is true with real estate.

The “code” is knowing what your different financial strategies are…

And knowing how to build those deals to work for you (which is not as hard as you might think). ​ Then, once you know those two things…

You can close deals on repeat.

The main lesson is this:

Don’t overthink it like I did.
