Here we are! Middle of the Dog Days of Summer as they call it. I don't know about you, but things have been busy! Summer vacations, kids going back to school, jobs going back to in person.
These are all things taking up our time!
And that's okay, we have to live our lives and we can't eat, sleep real estate all day long. But I've noticed this time of year is when a lot of people get a little off track from their goals. It's okay (and sometimes necessary to take a break) but if you are struggling trying to be active in REI, this blog is for you!
Realize: It happens to the best of us.
When I lost my business in Spain and moved back to the States, I lost my mojo. I thought I had to be the model corporate employee in order to get ahead in life. But it sucked. I got tired of not living life the way I wanted. And to me, life is all about Time Freedom! So I needed to pivot!
I didn't know ONE THING about Real Estate when I fell into this industry. I've said it many times before, I NEVER wanted to own a home! Not even my own. But, when I realized what a wealth building tool it was and how quickly I could replace my income, I had to go for it! Here is what I did to recommit and move past my self-limiting beliefs: Step 1: Visualize where you want to be. Picture your life as you want it! Write it out! Vision Board it out! Change the background on your phone! Doesn't matter how, just get that image in front of you! Setting your intentions and goals is so important!
